5. Apple Cider Mules

The mule is having a comeback in popularity. This is a great fall party favorite with the distinctly different spicy flavor of ginger beer. It will certainly go down in history as one of the top drinks for fall. Don’t forget the copper mug for these delicious and festive drinks:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • ginger beer
  • sparkling cider
  • Sliced apple, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Fill copper mugs with ice, and pour 2 oz vodka into each cup. From there, fill almost to top with sparkling cider, and top with ginger beer. Garnish each drink with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice. Serve immediately.

6. Smokey Bacon & Peach Old-Fashioned

It’s old, it’s new, it’s bacon, it’s going to be all your friends and family talk about at your next fall party. Give this old-school favorite a fun new twist with the smoky flavor of grilled peaches and salty bacon.

  • 2 oz Bacon-Infused Bourbon
  • .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 slice of a grilled peach
  • 2 pitted cherries
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 3 dashes of House Citrus bitters
  • 1 slice of a fresh grilled peach (for garnish)

Muddle peach, cherries, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass. Add your bourbon and vermouth and stir together to combine. Strain the mixture over fresh ice and garnish with skewered grilled peach.

Mocktail: The best way to get the smoky effect without the bacon bourbon is with a pinch of smoked sea salt if you can find it. Substitute bourbon for dark cherry soda and a spoonful of peach or grape preserves in place of the vermouth. Garnish with a slice of crispy bacon if you dare.

7. Buttery Pear

Cold: Combine ingredients over ice, shake and strain to a martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon/sugar/nutmeg rim or a pecan piece.

Warm: Make a batch to serve by combining ingredients in a saucepan and add a teaspoon of butter for each cocktail. Ladle into mugs and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Mocktail: Substitute vodka for pear juice, pecan liqueur/butterscotch schnapps for Torani Butter Pecan syrup, or a maple pecan creamer.
