Colonial collects Users’ personally-identifiable information (“PII”) that is volunteered by Users. Examples of PII that may be requested and/or collected include but are not limited to: first and last name, address, zip code, email address, telephone number, facsimile number, and company or business identity. From time to time, Colonial may also present opportunities for Users to voluntarily provide additional information about themselves.
In its sole discretion, Colonial may transfer, sell or assign information collected on or about Users of the Website, including without limitation, PII and other User-provided information, to one or more third parties as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Colonial.
