Second, Noreen the surveyor who came out to do a visual inventory of our household goods. Noreen was awesome, professional, answered all of our questions, great customer service skills and a great communicator, we thank you. Third, Paul Hughes transportation, Paul is awesome he explained everything great communicator, professional and patient no matter how long it took his phone customer service skills are awesome, he made sure that we understood everything, Paul is awesome, we thank you. Fourth, Mena Cudjoe, pick up schedule and contact information, she is amazing. Mena made contact with me kept me up to date sent emails, great customer service skills, made sure that I had all the information on the pack and load, contact info, she even called to see how the job was going and if I had any questions and concerns, she is amazing we thank you. Fifth, the packing team was awesome, to the moon and back. Nu Lyfe moving team, April 20, 2017 this team is amazing, Nathan, Tim, Anthony, and Erwin. The driver called to confirm that he is on the way. the team arrived introduce themselves and went to work, they were prepared for this job. Very professional, very organized, respectful of our property, very skillful in the art of packing, excellent teamwork, they used protective coverings for our floors because we had new carpet and new flooring. The driver Nathan went over all the paperwork, Nathan made sure that we understood everything, a great communicator, very patient. The team cleaned up everything before they left and did the final walk through to make sure everything was out of the house. We thank you. “My husband and I had talked about moving for a long time. I have a son that lives here and we’ve visited him lots of times, and we liked the town so we moved closer to him. My husband was looking at other moving lines then and Colonial Van Lines contacted us. Because of the price that they offered for moving from Fresno, California to Tucson, Arizona we chose them. Their moving coordinator was very professional and kept us informed either by phone or e-mail. Their dispatcher let us know approximately when the moving van would get there. When the actual movers were coming, they contacted us too. Another person also contacted us in terms of quality control. It was a continuous good flow of good communication. They were right on time in terms of date and timeline that they said they'd be here. They were courteous and efficient.”
